Booking conditions

You will find the General Booking Conditions in the detailed view of each villa and before you book in the price details.

Payment terms:
1st payment: 30% (due 3 days after the booking)
2nd payment: 70% (due 8 weeks before your arrival)

by visa, mastercard, amex or bank transfer


Cancellation policy:
please check the cancelletion fee in the General Booking Conditions being different depending on the villa. Generally they are:
In the event of cancellation on the part of the tenant, the penalties are:
8 weeks or more before departure: deposit = 30% of the total rental fee
between 8 and 6 weeks before departure: 50% of the total rental fee
between 6 weeks and the departure date: 100% of the total rental fee
